Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview becomes the default in Gemini CLI

Google promoted Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview to the default coding model. 1M context, $2/$12 per MTok up to 200K input tokens (then $4/$18). Gemini 3 Flash and 3.1 Flash-Lite are also available for cheaper, faster work.
